Lite Studio 1 Terms and SMS Program

1. Bookings

Appointments are subject to availability. By booking you confirm that the information you give is accurate.

2. Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your appointment for free up to 12 hours before it starts, using the link in your confirmation. Later cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) may be recorded on your customer profile and may affect future bookings.

3. Text message program

• Program: Lite Studio 1 appointment messages.
• Sender: Lite Studio 1, through Kalos.
• Message types: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and appointment changes or cancellations. No marketing messages.
• Frequency: varies; typically up to 3 messages per booking.
• How to join: check the text message consent box on our booking form or chat confirmation.
• How to stop: reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no more messages.
• Help: reply HELP or contact us at the details below.
• Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or purchasing anything.
• Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Loyalty program

If we offer a points program, its rules are shown on our website and may change. Points have no cash value.

5. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the price of the service booked. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
